No Cars Arrábida
Dear clients,
The Arrábida no-cars program will be in effect from June 4th to September 15th. Access to our restaurant for lunch reservations is granted by providing the license plate(s) of the car(s) used on the reservation day.
Access to Arrábida must be made, without exceptions, via Azeitão or the Rasca road. The restricted sections near Portinho are shown in the following image:
Traffic is authorized on these sections for:
- Public and collective transport in service
- Two- and three-wheeled vehicles (except sidecars and two-axle motorcycles)
- Vehicles carrying a disability badge where space and accessibility are available (Albarquel, Figueirinha, Portinho da Arrábida, and Creiro)
- Taxis and licensed ride-hailing vehicles (TVDE)
- Authorities and emergency/rescue vehicles
Guests who provide their license plate in advance may access to the Casa do Gaiato's private parking lot for €5 per car. Parking hours: 11:00 - 19:00. Transfers between parking and the restaurant are available via our free Arrábida Shuttle from 11:00 to 17:00.
We leave a photo of one of the cars to make identification easier.
